The Humberside Lincolnshire & North Yorkshire Community Rehabilitation Company (CGM CRC) has signed up to an Inclusive Culture pledge.

This initiative, run and supported by Equality Works Ltd (EW Group), asks organisations to focus on improving equality and diversity over the course of 2018.EW Group will support organisations who have signed the pledge with free resources which focus on five areas: leadership, people, data, brand and future.

Alison Fisher, Equality & Diversity lead said: “Signing this pledge is a formal commitment to enhancing equality and diversity within our CRCs. I’m very excited to be taking this initiative forward with our senior managers and working with EW Group to further embed our inclusive culture for staff and service users.”
