Our approach to partnership working is built upon the principle that working in collaboration with the voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors is central to the company being able to deliver the best possible service to people on probation and to the wider public.

Our belief is that collaboration and genuine partnership working will enable us to deliver quality services that not only support the delivery of the court’s order, but also contributes in a measurable way to reducing re-offending.

If you work in the voluntary, community or social enterprise sector and believe that your organisation could support us in our mission to reduce re-offending, please contact our partner organisation 3SC. 3SC is a social enterprise that wins and manages public services contracts on behalf of third sector organisations.

Our approach to rehabilitation is built upon our Interchange Model. A core part of the Interchange model includes ensuring everything is done to encourage service users to develop a new, more positive sense of identity. One way that this can be achieved is via positive social networks both within the service user’s immediate circle, and also in their wider community. By working with partners from across the voluntary, community or social enterprise sectors, our ability to help provide people with the best possible support mechanisms is improved. This may be, for example, via membership of a sports club, gardening group or health and well being initiatives.

Driving innovation and quality through our delivery is at the heart of what we want to do and achieve and we recognise that collaboration with community-based parnters is key to achieving our vision.
